How to create a Signature

This demonstration will show you how to add a custom
signature to your new Outlook Stationery.
- Outlook
is open.
- Click
Tools/Options as shown in Fig. 1.

- Now
click the Mail Format tab as shown in Fig. 2 and then click the Signature
Picker button under Signature.

- Next,
click New to begin a new Signature as shown in Fig 3.

- Replace
“Untitled” with a name, i.e., Dave1. Click Next to continue.

- Now
you can type the signature and customize several things, like fonts,
paragraph format, etc. Here, I only chose different fonts, as shown in
Fig. 5. Click Finish to end.

OK and you will see a preview as shown in Fig. 6.

OK again and you should now be back at the Mail Format screen as shown in
Fig. 7.

OK again and then click new email and you should see something like what
is shown in Fig. 8. That’s it.
