How to use Stationery

 

This demonstration will show you how to choose an HTML page as your background stationery.

 

  1. Outlook is open.
  2. Click Tools/Option as shown in Fig. 1.

  1. Now you will select the tab “Mail Format” as shown in Fig. 2.

  1. Now select HTML as shown in Fig. 3 under Message format, then click the Signature Picker button to continue.

  1. Now click New to begin creating a customized stationery background as shown in Fig. 4.

  1. Replace “Untitled” with your own name. Now click Next as shown in Fig. 5.

  1. You could change you font by clicking on the Change font button, but it will not be covered here. Here, I have clicked on the pull-down and chose a background picture and then click OK.

  1. You should now see a new stationery preview that you just created as shown in Fig. 7. Click OK.

  1. Click OK again. You should now be back at the Mail Format as shown in Fig. 8. Click OK again to close.

  1. Now create a new email and you should see your stationery background as shown in Fig. 9. That’s it.
