How to Restore a PST (Backup, Archive, Personal) file in Outlook
  1. Click File/Import – you might want to create a separate folder to put the archive into before doing this below.

  2. Click Next.
  1. Select PST file and click Next.
  1. Select by Browsing to choose the ARCHIVE.PST (or Backup, or Personal) and then click Next.
  1. Choose the folder you created earlier.

  1. Click Finish and in a few moments the file should be restored.
