3. CSEA Members - How to purchase tickets:
   a.    Go online to http://members.csea.com and use our e-store 24/7. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. or on weekends will be filled the next business day.
   b.    Call Member Benefits direct at (866) 487-2732 to have your order completed. Orders are generally filled the same business day. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. You can have your order expedited at an extra charge.
   Remember:

•  Tickets are not refundable
• Personal checks are accepted up to $150. Members are free to use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card for all purchases.
• Orders in excess of $250 or to an address other than what is on file for the member must go by some tracking source at an additional charge. This is to ensure proper receipt of the order.
• CSEA will ask for your member identification or social security number, whichever you prefer, to verify membership.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are usually limited to 20 tickets per member
