Two continuing education courses in power yoga are being offered at Cuyamaca College this summer. The first course will be held from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Mondays from June 11 through Aug. 6. The second course will be held from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays from June 14 to Aug. 9.
This is a very active class, based on Ashtanga yoga, that emphasizes the use of yoga poses to strengthen your body, increase flexibility, and balance and improve your breathing to optimize your overall fitness. Make your body a better vehicle for your mind. Please wear exercise clothing and bring a towel and yoga mat.
