Location: Cuyamaca College Track
Come to the Cuyamaca College track and join other power walkers and runners as we improve our skill, stamina, endurance and fitness together. Regardless of your current walking or running speed/skill, you will definitely improve your fitness level over the course of the class.
Lose weight, gain health, and meet a group of other like-minded fitness lovers. Group stretches, drills, and strength-building exercises will be incorporated into each session to complement and balance the power walking and running.
The class will be held from 5:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 26 until August 16. Cost is $50.
