For information about teaching online or hybrid classes, please go to the

on the left of that page provide general information for faculty and students. The
Support for Faculty
link in the upper right-corner of the
GCCCD Online page, gives you access to the FAQ,
Good Practice, On-line Resources and other links which are useful. Please log
in to the site using your network user name and password.
If you are in need of a
GCCCD Address or Phone number or looking to report an
Unsafe Condition at one
of our campuses, you can do so here. Remember, if you see an
accident-prone area on campus which you believe might cause harm to someone,
please report this through the completely anonymous
Unsafe Condition web
site.

Make sure to download the latest McAfee virus
protection software by going to the secured
Computer Virus Information web
site. If you are an employee of the GCCCD system, you can download this
software and install it on your home PC or Mac. Make sure to choose the
correct platform for your personal computer. This is a secure site and
requires a user to log into the web site. This is just like accessing your web
email.

Districtwide
Shared Governance Committee minutes are now available. This is a new site
which will grow too as the minutes from these committees are posted.
FERPA is about
privacy and the correct use of a person's social security number.
There are some tutorials available on the
How2s site covering MS Office
topics, such as a mail merge using Contacts from Outlook. There is also 2
links to Microsoft that cover Windows XP.
