BLACKBOARD FILENAME CONVENTIONS

When uploading files to Blackboard or attaching files to a Blackboard Discussion Board post, use the following filename conventions:

• Use only letters, numbers and underscores (_) in filenames
• Do NOT use spaces, commas, pound signs (#), question marks, equal signs, parentheses, asterisk (*) or any other special characters
• Do not use periods anywhere in your filename except before the extension
• MAC users must include file extensions after the filename
