Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

 

What is EAP?

EAP stands for Employee Assistance Program. The primary goal of an EAP program is to assist employers and employees in preventing personal and job performance problems from occurring by promoting healthy behavior at work and at home.

 

Through Integrated Insights, the District provides eligible employees with:

  1. Confidential assistance for any personal or professional problem including:

     

    • Marital and Relationship issues

    • Parenting issues

    • Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Low Self Esteem

    • Substance Abuse

    • Bereavement or grief

    • Crime Victimization

    • Work Related Issues

    • Financial issues

    • Legal questions

    • Coping with Change

     

  2. Private, professional counseling for you and anyone living within your household, without charge.

  3. 24-hour emergency assistance

  4. A web site that provides information on a variety of health and wellness topics.

No one from the District or your family will ever know if you contact EAP unless you tell them!

Current employees who qualify for health insurance benefits and any member of their household.
