| EMERGENCY RESPONSE: | |
Report to the Cc, to the Incident Commander. Initiate contacts
with:

| Serve as the official liaison to city, county, state, federal government, other districts and agencies and the Red Cross on site at Cuyamaca, as designated by the Incident Commander. | |
| Verify the accuracy of the information to be relayed with the Incident Commander at the Cuyamaca Campus and/or the Public Information Officer. Refer public information announcement actions to the PIO. | |
| Forward information to everyone in the Cuyamaca Command Center. Keep the Incident Commander informed of events and actions by other agencies. | |
| Serve as the point of contact and a relay of information between Cuyamaca Campus and others, ensuring that all affected and impacted agencies are advised of Cuyamacas pertinent operations. | |
| Provide support to the Incident Commander in keeping track of what other agencies are doing. | |
| RECOVERY: | |
| Continue to assist with liaison and coordination post-earthquake operations as needed, even after the CC is deactivated. |
