Primary
Responsibilities:

  • Sets up emergency projects for repair and construction
  • Provides contract management for all emergency repair contracts

Support
Responsibilities:

  • Assists the District with the OES/FEMA application process

Supplies:

Contract management tools, standard contracts and resource listings for local construction companies, engineering and design firms and other services.

TIME/DATE

EMERGENCY RESPONSE:  

Report to the CC, to the Planning & Intelligence Team Leader - Cuyamaca Campus, if the disaster response is severe.

 
Meet with the Planning and Intelligence Team members to determine priority Cuyamaca Campus buildings and facilities and current level of damage and repair.  
Go with inspection teams to review damage.  
Set up projects for clean-up, repair and construction as needed for early recovery for the Cuyamaca Campus Buildings.  

Work with the District Procurement position to set up projects and contract with providers.

 

Obtain accounting numbers from accounting.

 

Set up project management for projects

 
RECOVERY:  

Forward all source documents or copies as needed to the District FEMA/OES position for the disaster application files

 

Transfer projects to normal capital improvement project management operations
