Responsibilities:

  • Orders, receives, stores, processes, and allocates emergency supplies and resources
  • Conducts the supply process to ensure reimbursement
  • Keeps complete and accurate records

Support
Responsibilities:

  • Assists with OES/FEMA documentation
  • Assists with the deactivation process

Supplies:

District radio, Cellular Telephone, Procurement Materials, Access to Fax Machine

 

PROCEDURES

TIME/DATE

EMERGENCY RESPONSE:  

Report to the EOC. Sign in with Situation Status (Log Keeper). Immediately get a report on emergency conditions and situations.

 
Inventory the available resources at both campus sites. Provide a status to the Resources and Logistics Team Leader of all resources and status.  
Working with the Operations and Planning and Logistics teams, determine the goods, equipment and services that will be needed for the District response.  
Obtain and arrange for delivery and distribution of the needed resources.  
Conduct the process according to the applicable guidelines for disaster reimbursement in order to maximize the financial recovery.  
Keep complete and accurate records for OES/FEMA documentation; provide them to Finance and Administration.  

Make all logistical arrangements for procurement, delivery, payment and site contact of resources.

 
RECOVERY:  

Assist with the deactivation process, tracking the return of equipment and supplies, the cessation of services, and shut down of temporary services.

 

Provide information and recommendations to the Planning and Intelligence Officer for the After-Action Report.
