Primary
Responsibilities:

  • Track all Cuyamaca Campus vehicles, fuel and maintenance equipment and services
  • Arranges for the use of Cuyamaca Campus transportation vehicles and drivers

Support
Responsibilities:

  • Support operations and mutual aid

Supplies:

District radio, access to vehicles and maintenance information

 

PROCEDURES

TIME/DATE

EMERGENCY RESPONSE:  

Report to the CC. Immediately get a report on emergency conditions and situations.

 

Take an inventory of the Cuyamaca Campus vehicle resources and fuel supplies. Be prepared to provide transportation resources as requested.

 

Assign vehicles and drivers to support operations. Keep track of use and make arrangements for fuel and maintenance to support extended emergency operations.

 

Arrange for transportation of students off campus, as directed.

 

Establish a log of vehicle use, indicated location, purpose and hours for use.

 
RECOVERY:  

Provide a copy of the vehicle log to the District’s EOC FEMA/OES documentation position.

 

Review the status of Cuyamaca campus vehicles, arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed.
