PROCEDURES TIME/DATE
EMERGENCY RESPONSE:  
Report to the EOC. Sign in with Situation Status (Log Keeper).   Immediately get a report on emergency conditions and situations.  
Review total costs to date and potential expenses from ongoing operations - receive information from Accounting  
Working with key staff in the EOC, review the budget and conduct an analysis to determine fiscal impacts from emergency operations and interruption to District educational services.  
Calculate the total cost recovery from insurance FEMA/OES disaster assistance.  
Based on findings, develop recommendations for funding for recovery.  Prepare financial analysis information for the Chancellor and the Board of Trustees to support any decision-making processes.  
Prepare a budget statement for the emergency.
