| Report to the EOC. Sign in with Situation Status (Log Keeper). Immediately get a report on emergency conditions and situations. | |
| Review total costs to date and potential expenses from ongoing operations - receive information from Accounting | |
| Working with key staff in the EOC, review the budget and conduct an analysis to determine fiscal impacts from emergency operations and interruption to District educational services. | |
| Calculate the total cost recovery from insurance FEMA/OES disaster assistance. | |
| Based on findings, develop recommendations for funding for recovery. Prepare financial analysis information for the Chancellor and the Board of Trustees to support any decision-making processes. | |
| Prepare a budget statement for the emergency. |
