A confidential list detailing off-hour phone numbers for Cabinet members and senior District administrators is maintained and distributed for use during emergencies.

Switchboard Manager

Validate and Re-issue Phone List

Within three weeks of the start of each term, validate and re-issue the confidential emergency contact list for the following GCCCD employees:

  • Chancellor's Cabinet members
  • Director of Public Safety
  • Director, Facilities Planning, Development, and Maintenance
  • Director, Risk Management
  • Director, Information Systems

Include names, titles, home phone numbers (both listed and unlisted), cellular phone numbers, and pager numbers.

 

Produce the emergency contact list both on paper and on a reduced and laminated wallet-sized information card.

 

Issue the list and card to the employees included on the confidential list, plus:

  • Evening Division/Night Administrators
  • Associate Dean, Student Affairs (Grossmont)
  • Vice President, Student Development & Services (Cuyamaca)
