NEW EMPLOYEE INDOCTRINATION

 

Each new employee will be provided with a copy of Safety Tips by their immediate supervisor. After reading this publication, the employee will sign and date the "Statement of Understanding" found on the back page. This signed statement will be maintained in the employee's personnel file.
