Welcome to the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District Degree and Certificate Planning Tool, also known as a Degree Audit Report (DARS). DARS is a tool designed to assist you with planning and tracking your progress toward graduation by comparing or auditing your academic record against the requirements for your degree. Your DARS report includes completed courses, transfer credit and in-progress courses. DARS does not eliminate the need for meeting with a counselor for academic planning. All students, especially those who plan to transfer to a university should meet with a counselor to develop a comprehensive education plan. Please review the Degree Audit Report (DARS) carefully.
To use the tool, note the Disclaimer below, then click on the section below 'How do I login and run the Degree Audit Report (DARS)' for instructions.
This is an unofficial degree and/or certificate audit report. You are responsible for monitoring and checking the accuracy of all transfer and graduation requirements. If you are planning to transfer to another school, it is essential that you meet with a counselor for additional transfer requirements that are not included in the Degree Audit Report (DARS).
If you have already read the instructions, you can go directly to the Degree Audit Report (DARS). Login with the same username and password as your GCCCD network/email account (Your WebAdvisor name up to 20 characters and your college PIN).
Please read below to learn how to run DARS.
Only currently enrolled students have access to run DARS.
The tool runs best in Chrome or Firefox. If using Internet Explorer 11, you will need to use Compatibility View.

Also, unless you are seeking an Associate of Arts/Transfer degree or an Associate of Sciences/Transfer degree, the required or recommended preparation-for-major courses for transfer will not be included in the DARS report .
