Vendor and Visitor Safety Requirements

The following safety requirements apply to on-site vendors and visitors, and are designed to protect the safety of the workplace in accordance to Cal/OSHA.

COVID-19 Safety Requirements for Vendors On-site

Below are the District’s new safety requirements for vendors who will be on-site at the campuses.

All vendors must complete the following before visiting either campus:

  1. Receive a full vaccination against COVID-19, or
  2. Receive a negative COVID-19 test result in the last 72 hours with a PCR test, or 24 hours with an antigen test.

As of Monday, April 25, masks will only be required in instructional and student support areas for vaccinated vendors. Elsewhere, masks will become optional. We urge everyone to remain vigilant and consider situational masking practices.

Unvaccinated vendors are still required to wear masks.

Vendors are responsible for complying with these requirements in order to continue to do business with the District. It is the vendor’s responsibility to verify that these requirements have been met.
