Governing Board Archived Meeting Information and Documents

Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District Governing Board meetings are live-streamed to the public via the District YouTube channel which can be found here: Governing Board Live Stream

Public Written Comment: In accordance with AB 361, the GCCCD Governing Board will accept public comments for this meeting by the following two methods:

  1. In writing via email to Michael Williamson, Executive Assistant, Chancellor/Governing Board at
  2. In real time before the Board via Zoom using the Zoom link provided in the published meeting agenda. 

Individual comments/presentations, whether written or live on Zoom, are limited to four minutes per person per topic. The maximum time allotment for public speakers on any one topic regardless of the number of speakers at any one Board meeting shall be twenty minutes.

All comments submitted will be reviewed and sent to Board President for consideration to be read aloud during the Board meeting. All public comments submitted, whether read aloud or not, will be reviewed by the Board and included in the administrative record of the meeting.

The agenda is the official document by which the Governing Board meeting is transacted. It is posted 72 hours prior to each regular meeting of the Board and 24 hours prior to each special meeting. The minutes posted are the official meeting records, approved by the Governing Board.  Meeting minutes are posted following Board approval at a subsequent meeting.

Beginning June 2018, the District leveraged cloud-based technology to house Governing Board meeting agendas, minutes, and documentation.
