Grossmont College Dance Department presents faculty-choreographed concert, “Entrances and Exits”

EL CAJON, CA – The Grossmont College Dance Department’s faculty-choreographed concert, “Entrances & Exits,” returns May 7 – 9, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., to the Performing and Visual Arts Center (PVAC). This year’s show features 11 choreographers presenting all new work including modern, hip hop, jazz, contemporary, and ballet performances. Concert co-directors are Gina Bolles Sorensen and Nancy Boskin-Mullen.
Tickets cost $15.00 per person and can be purchased by clicking on the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District’s ticketing website at https://gcccd.universitytickets.com/w, or in person at the theater box office, which opens at 6:30 p.m. on the evening of each performance. Grossmont College’s Performing and Visual Arts Center is a $44 million facility funded by East County voters through Proposition V, a $398-million bond measure approved in 2012. The facility includes a 390-seat performance hall for dance, theatre, and live music programs. It also houses the Hyde Art Gallery.
Grossmont College’s Dance Department provides a supportive, nurturing environment for all students, from those seeking personal enrichment, to the professionally minded. The comprehensive dance curriculum prepares students for transfer to four-year institutions, while also providing the workforce skills needed for immediate employment in the entertainment industry.
