Citizen's Bond
Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee
The Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is a state-mandated advisory panel that reviews and reports on how bond dollars are spent. Members, who are vetted and selected by the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District Governing Board, represent a cross section of the East County region, such as the San Diego County Taxpayers Association, local service organizations, senior citizen organizations, business groups, the San Diego Building and Construction Trades Council, and more. Members can serve up to three consecutive two-year terms. Meetings are open to the public.
