Facilities Planning, Development and Electrical Maintenance
Welcome to the Facilities Planning, Development and Electrical Maintenance Department home page.
This Department is responsible for districtwide planning, development, oversight and execution of capital facilities functions. This department manages long-range facilities planning, facility alterations and improvements, and supports capital construction projects in coordination with contracted program and project management. It oversees capital, bond and scheduled maintenance budgets; ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and required state reporting; and serves as a technical and regulatory resource for space management and utilization for Grossmont College, Cuyamaca College and District Services. This department also provides oversight of electrical maintenance operations for both campuses.
