"Access GCCCD" is the District’s initiative to strengthen digital accessibility across our colleges and prepare our community for the ADA Title II digital accessibility requirements taking effect April 27, 2027. This page points to resources, training opportunities, practical guidance, and tools to help all employee groups understand accessibility requirements, strengthen their digital accessibility practices, and contribute to a more inclusive learning and working environment.
Accessibility is not a project to complete.
It is a culture to cultivate.
Our accessibility efforts succeed when leadership is shared. Whether you teach, support
students, manage programs, or create digital content, everyone has a role in building
a more accessible GCCCD.
ADA Title II Digital Accessibility Deadline
April 27, 2027
GCCCD is working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA for web content and mobile apps under the updated ADA Title II requirements.
