Reporting a Website Issue

Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District strives to ensure the website is always running smoothly. However, sometimes issues may arise that require attention. Reporting these issues helps us maintain a reliable, accessible, and professional web experience.

Types of Issues to Report

Accessibility Issues
Anything that could affect accessibility, such as poor color contrast, images missing alternative text, links without descriptive titles, or improper heading structure.

Technical Glitches
Broken links, missing images, or any other technical problems that prevent the website from functioning properly. 

Content Errors
Typos, grammatical mistakes, or outdated information. Reporting content errors helps keep the website accurate and up-to-date.

Functionality Issues
Features, forms, or interactive elements that are not working as intended and may affect user experience and engagement.

Server Errors
Error messages such as “500 Internal Server Error” or “404 Page Not Found” indicate server-side problems that require investigation. Please report these immediately.
