College employees are encouraged to share potential news stories and event announcements with their respective Directors of College and Community Relations (PIO's). The District Marketing and Communications Office can then collaborate with the college PIO's on preparing and sharing press releases and media advisories, as appropriate. Photo and Video Release Form

As a public institution, photos or videos taken by District and/or college employees (or representatives) on campus and at public events may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. When taking photographs or videos of students in a classroom or at a non-public event, please get consent by downloading and having students sign the Photo and Video Release Form. Please keep a copy for your records.
