Educational Support Services

 

Educational Support Services (ESS) serves as the operational bridge between policy, technology, compliance, and institutional effectiveness. The Department ensures the District's systems, policies, procedures, compliance requirements, reporting, and institutional data work together effectively to support students, faculty, and staff. ESS provides districtwide leadership for operational improvement, strategic enrollment management, legislative and regulatory compliance, institutional data management, and the development and optimization of administrative systems in partnership with Information Technology. 

Although ESS works to support students behind the scenes, it is not a direct student service department; rather, the Department’s work ensures the infrastructure, processes, compliance activities, and data that support students and employees are effective, aligned, and sustainable.
