Vending Machine Support

Support information is provided below for vending repair needs, refunds, and other service support needs.

Please have general information available for support requests i.e. machine number, location, applicable date and time of issue.

Request a New Vending Placement

New vending machines may be requested by departments with the guidance below.

Each vending deployment request is reviewed to ensure adherence to campus policies and viability of the vending site.

Please e-mail your VPAS and CC Facilities with the following information.

  1. Type of vending machine requested e.g. beverage, snack, or both.
  2. Building and/or proposed site location.
  3. Proposed site related information: Interior or exterior space. 
    1. Availability of electrical outlet(s).
    2. Space clearance information - adequate clearance for ADA and evacuation paths. (Additional verification will be required). 
    3. Building accessibility - Hours of operation, public access, and/or key card access restrictions. 
    4. Best site contact: Name and e-mail. 
    5. An image of the proposed site.
