Governing Board Agendas and Minutes

The agenda is the official document by which the Governing Board meeting is transacted. It is posted 72 hours prior to each regular meeting of the Board and 24 hours prior to each special meeting.

The minutes are the official meeting records. Meeting minutes are posted following Board approval at a subsequent meeting.

Board Agenda Platform Transition

Beginning July 2026, the District will transition to a new agenda management system due to the discontinuation of the BoardDocs platform. The District selected GAMUT—provided by the California School Boards Association and powered by Simbli eBOARDsolutions—as its official successor.

Meetings from June 2018 to June 2026

All board meeting agendas and minutes from June 2018 through June 2026 are being migrated to GAMUT. While this process is completed, these materials will remain accessible on the BoardDocs website for one year, through June 30, 2027.
Note: The migrated materials will be available directly within the GAMUT platform at a future date.
