to brand and generic human medications for pets. This is a value-added perk at no
cost to members who are enrolled in one of the VEBA medical plans.

the lowest possible pricing on your pets medications at nearly 40,000 participating

MetLife Pet Insurance for FBC Members
MetLife Legal Plan now offers Pet Insurance to all FBC Member District Employees.
The Employee does not ahve to be enrolled in the MetLife Legal plan to participate.
The Pet insurance is NOT available as a payroll deduction benefit. The rates will
be individualized based on each pet's breed and age. The Pet Parent chooses the plan
